Step 1

large potatoes and bake for one hour, make sure to oil the potatoes before they go in the oven. Then scoop out inside meat and mix with electric mixer with butter, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and spices. Add mixture bake into potatoe boats and put more cheese on top. Then bake for another 20 minutes or so.
