Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole Kernal Corn
  • 1 can Cream Style Corn
  • 1/2 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 beaten Eggs
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese (reserve some for topping)
  • 1 small can Green Chilis (chopped)
  • 1 Tbs. Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch casserole pan. Top with reserved cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
