Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 t chopped garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 C chopped fresh spinach
- 1 C broccoli florets
- 1 medium red pepper, roasted
- 1 C grilled chicken, sliced into 1/2" pieces
- 1 C prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1/8 C prepared basil pesto sauce
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 2 T shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
In a 10" saute pan, saute garlic in oil.
Add spinach, broccoli, red pepper and grilled chicken. Toss to combine.
Stir in Alfredo and pesto sauces.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Reheat pasta if necessary.
Pour pasta into bowl and top with vegetables/sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
