Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 12 corn tortillas, cut into fourths
- cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Brown meat & onions, drain if needed. Add soups & sauce to meat & stir to combine. Spray 13 x 9 inch casserole with cooking spray. Layer in tortillas, meat mixture & cheese. Repeat. Cook 25 minutes.
