  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • a pinch of sugar
  • pepper to taste
