Pasta dough recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent or salt
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in food processor

Pulse until dough forms a ball. If it is a touch too soft add a tablespoon of flour and if too dry gather the dough and place in a Zip-Lock bag. In 10 minutes it should have moistened enough to roll. Use copious amounts of flour when rolling to prevent sticking and being a soft dough it rolls quite easily.
