Apple-icious Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • Two pork tenderloins-1 1/2 to 2 pounds total
  • One large onion, halved and cut into quarter inch slices
  • Two apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, browning pork if desired; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with rice.
