Ingredients
- Two pork tenderloins-1 1/2 to 2 pounds total
- One large onion, halved and cut into quarter inch slices
- Two apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple jelly
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, browning pork if desired; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with rice.
