Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (whole or sliced)
- 2 tbls Flour
- 6 oz Hot Sauce (Franks)
- 2 tbls White Wine Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and sautee garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add flour and mix to make a roux.
Add hot sauce and vinegar.
