Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (whole or sliced)
  • 2 tbls Flour
  • 6 oz Hot Sauce (Franks)
  • 2 tbls White Wine Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and sautee garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add flour and mix to make a roux.
Add hot sauce and vinegar.
