Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. beef brisket
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all seasonings. Rub into meat. Wrap in Foil. Refrigerate 24 hrs. Bake at 250 degrees for 6-8 hrs. Makes lots of gravy, so open the foil carefully. Freezes well. Slices more easily cold and can be defatted if made in advance.
