Fresh Pasta Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the flour and salt in the food processor
Pulse a few times to combine
Crack the eggs on top of the flour
Process 30-60 seconds until the dough comes together in a rough ball
If dry add water 1 tsp at a time until the dough comes together
If it is too sticky add flour 1 tbsp. at a time
Remove the dough from the processor and knead against the counter a few times until you have a smooth ball
Place the ball in a small mixing bowl, dust with a little flour, cover and let it rest at room temperature for 30 min
