Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 4 bone in-pork rib chops, 1" thick
- 1 t paprika
- kosher salt
- black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork with the paprika, 1/2 t salt, and 1/4 t pepper and cook until browned, 2-3 min. per side.
Transfer the pork to a baking sheet and roast in oven until cooked through, 10-12 min.
Serve with Spinach Saute
