Ingredients
- 8 ounces beef steak
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil, divided
- 1 cup 1" sliced green onions
- 2 cups packaged cabbage & carrot coleslaw
- 2 (2.8 ounce) packages beef-flavored ramen noodle soup
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Trim fat from steak; cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Heat half the sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and green onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Remove from skillet & keep warm. Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add slaw; stir-fry 30 seconds. Remove from skillet & keep warm.
2. Remove noodles from packages; reserve 1 seasoning packet for another use. Add water & remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil. Break noodles in half and add to water mixture. Cook noodles for 2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in steak mixture, slaw & soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
