Ingredients
- ● 1 medium ripe avocado; pitted
- ● 1/2 lemon, juiced
- ● 1 clove of garlic
- ● 1/2 tsp salt
- ● 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- ● 2 tbsp. EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place garlic cloves, lemon juice, and EVOO in a food processor.
2. Process until smooth
3. Add pitted avocado, basil, and salt. Process until smooth
4. Pour sauce over freshly cooked pasta and serve immediately.
