Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Cocktail rye bread loaf
• 2 ea Cucumbers
• 16 oz Cream cheese
• 2 pkgs Good Season Dry Italian Dressing mix
• 1 Tbs Dill Weed

Preparation

Step 1

Slice cucumber into thick slices.

Mix cream cheese and dressing mix well.

Spread each piece of bread with cream cheese mixture and top with a cucumber slice. Sprinkle with dill weed.
