Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 Pork Chops
  • 18 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Can Mushroom Soup
  • 8-10 Red Potatoes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge pork chops in flour and quick fry in skillet. Bring potatoes to a boil and cook until they are just soft enough to poke with fork. Remove from water. Cool enough to peel and slice into cubes. Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer pork chops, cheddar cheese and soup on top. Bake casserole at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
