Ingredients
- ¾ cup Peanuts, chopped
- 1 pkg Brownie Mix (15-17 oz)
- 3 ea Bananas
- 1 pkg Vanilla instant pudding (5.1 oz)
- 1¼ cups Cold milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip (1 container)
- 12 ea Strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare brownie mix according to instructions and stir in ½ cup of the nuts. Por into a square baker and bake per brownie package instructions. Cool completely.
Slice bananas and place in a single layer on the brownies. Whisk pudding and milk until just starting to thicken. Gently fold in 2½ cups of the cool whip. Quickly spread pudding mixture over bananas. Refridgerate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup nuts over pudding mixture. Cut into squares. Use decorator and rest of cool whip to accent edges and garnish.
Slice remaining banana and fan strawberries. Garnish each square with banana and strawberry,
