Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing ingredients:
• Combo of baby spinach, romaine, and spring mix (bagged)
• 1 pint strawberries sliced thin
• small red onion sliced very thin
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/2 of a 1/3 cup of sugar
• 2 tbs milk
• 1/2 tbs poppy seeds
• 1 tbs apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad greens, strawberries and red onion.
