Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (1 or 2 bananas)
- 4 cups confectioner's (icing) sugar, sifted
- 1 tbsp. light (10%) cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream butter, mashed bananas and half of confectioner's sugar together on medium speed until light. Add cream. Add remaining confectioner's sugar gradually, beating until smooth and creamy.
