Lipton Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 -pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
• 2-3 lbs. Potatoes, cut into chunks
• 1/3-cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well.
Put potatoes in a shallow baking pan.
Bake 40- minutes or until tender, stirring often.
