Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1 (12 oz.) Can 7-Up
- 1 Small Box Strawberry Jello
- 1/4 Cup Cold Water
Preparation
Step 1
Bake empty pie shells. Set aside to cool. Wash and cap and cut into halves, enough strawberries to fill pie shells. Arrange neatly in pie shells, after patting with paper towels. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and 7-Up in a sauce pan. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved and then add water. Pour over strawberries, being sure to cover all berries. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
