Ingredients
- 1 C. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 C. (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 C. seedless raspberry jam
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
2. Beat butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 2 cups crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan; reserve remaining mixture.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
4. Microwave 1 cup morsels and condensed milk in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir just until morsels are melted. Spread over hot crust.
5. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over chocolate layer. Drop teaspoonfuls of jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with remaining morsels.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
