Ingredients
- Have the lamb butterflied,
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 Tbs olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the oil, lemon and rosemary and spread the paste over the lamb. Put in plastic bag to meld and take out to warm up before baking 450* for 5 mins then
425* for 45 mins
