Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce (about 2 shakes)
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces cream cheese, very soft (heat in microwave briefly, to soften, if necessary)
- 2 (6 ounce) crab meat, water pressed out
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the crab; blend well with a whisk. Stir in the crab gently with a spoon.
2. Transfer mixture to the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours on low.
