Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 32 oz bottles ketchup
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 large onions, chopped
- '8 dashes Worchester sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in oven or other large pot and cook at low heat allowing to simmer slowly for about 4 hours, turning meat and stirring occasionally (if making in crock pot, cook on high for 5 t 6 hours
Remove meat and shred with for fork, discarding fat.
Put the meat back into the liquid and simmer for about 30 more minutes
If using crock pot just turn to low until ready to serve
Serve on your favorite buns or rolls.
