Cucumbers in sauce

Ingredients

• one large cucumber sliced
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1/2 to 3/4 packet of beefy onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

put sour cream in a bowl and mix in onion soup mix a little at a time tasting it to see just how you like it

add sliced cucumbers and mix well.

refrigerate for about an hour and serve
