Cheese & Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces "lite" cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce (about 2 shakes)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onions
  • 1 10 ounce package chopped spinach (thawed, with all water pressed out)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low 1 hour. Stir the dip; cook on low for 1 hour more.

3. Serve warm.
