Ingredients
- 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces "lite" cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce (about 2 shakes)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried minced onions
- 1 10 ounce package chopped spinach (thawed, with all water pressed out)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low 1 hour. Stir the dip; cook on low for 1 hour more.
3. Serve warm.
