Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese. ( I use Velvetta light.)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the macaroni, drain. Mix with mayo, onion, green pepper.
Add milk, soup and cheddar cheese cubed.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
