Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef tips or cubed beef stew meat
- 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 onion, cut into slivers
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place beef in 5-quart slow cooker.
In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beef and stir.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, or until beef is tender.
