Ingredients
- 2 lbs thinly sliced turkey cutlets
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together rosemary, garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice, olive oil and black peppercorns. Add turkey cutlets and marinate at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill or nonstick frying pan. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Remove turkey from marinade and sprinkle with salt. Cook cutlets on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with 2 tbsp lemon juice.
