Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cubed
- 5 med. potatoes
- 6 carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon instant tapioca
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the potatoes in fourths and put with the meat, carrot, celery, onion, sugar, water, salt and pepper in a casserole dish. Spread soup on top. Sprinkle with tapioca. Cover and bake at 250 F for 5 to 5 1/2 hours
