Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 c peanut oil
• 1/3 c soy sauce
• 2 T woozy sauce
• 1/4 c red wine vinegar
• 3 T lemon juice
• 1 T dry mustard
• 1 1/2 t cracked pepper
• 1 T fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in med mixing bowl, marinade tenderloin 6-8 hrs, preferably overnight, before grilling.
