Ingredients

  • 2-3 Lbs round steak, cubed
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup red wine
  • dash of oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Cook covered for 1 1/2 hours, then uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
