Chicken with Mushroom sauce/pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 small diced onion
  • 3-4 containers baby bellas sliced
  • 1/4 C crumbled sausage
  • 4 T butter
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1-2 T flour or corn starch
  • 1 C parmasean cheese
  • 2 C half & half
  • salt, pepper
  • 1.5 LBS chicken tenders marinated in marsala wine & dijon mustard
  • Linguine

Preparation

Step 1

Bake or grill tenders until cooked
Carmelize onions and mushrooms, sausage in butter in skillet, reduce heat to simmer
Mix milk, mustard and flour, add to skillet and stir until bubbly
Remove from heat and add cheese; add more milk if too thick, serve over pasta
