Marinated Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 # Asparagus, trimmed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl combine first four ingredients and whisk until brown sugar is dissolved. Add oil whisking to combine.

Place asparagus in a plastic bag and toss with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Remove asparagus from bag and discard marinade. Place asparagus on baking sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
