Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (7 oz) corn
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained
- s&p
- 1 c french-fried onions, divided
- 2 T chives
Preparation
Step 1
In lg bowl combine all ingredients and 1/4 c onions. Transfer to greased 1.5 qt baking dish; cook at 350 for 25 min. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and cook another 10 min.
