Roast Beef with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 med onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 t rosemary
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/3 c dry red wine or beef broth
  • 2 c cooked roast beef
  • 1 c beef gravy

Preparation

Step 1

In lg skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in butter til tender. Add garlic and spices, cook 1 min. Stir in wine, beef and gravy, heat through. Serve over rice or biscuits.
