Ingredients
- Icelandic Haddock, frozen
- Parchment Paper
- Sprinkle flour onto parchment paper
- Lay fillets in center of parchment, squeeze lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, paprika and caraway seeds.
- Add pats of butter over the top of the fish.
- Wrap in parchment paper.
- Bake approximately 40 minutes at 400'.
