Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 3 c apples, peeled and chopped
• FROSTING:ar
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/2 c butter
• 1 c br sugar
• 1/4 c evaporated milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 350
9x13, greased
Combine all and pour into pan
Bake 45-50 minutes
Cool 2 hours

Frosting
Boil all ingredients for 2 minutes
Set in pan of ice water and beat until right consistency
Spread on Cake
