STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 1/4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups mashed fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pudding mix and sugar in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Let ripen 1 hour. Yields: 1 gallon.
