Ingredients
- Shrimp - doesn't matter if its 10 or 100 pieces
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Put the shrimp in a pot with 1 to 2 inches of water covering them.
Cook shrimp, the water may never boil. Stir constantly.
When 1 or 2 float to the surface, they're done.
Drain and immediately put into an ice bath to stop cooking.
Can be served hot or chill in refrigerator for one hour if you are eating them cold.
