Ingredients
- 3 C julienned jicama slices
- 1/2 C pomegranate arils
- 1/3 C vertically sliced red onion
- 1/4 C chopped cilantro
- 1/4 C lime juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T agave nectar
- Salt & pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix vegetables in serving bowl. In small bowl combine dressing ingredients, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Pour over jicama salad, toss gently & serve.
