Pineapple Cranberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. package raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 3/4 C boiling water
  • 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 3/4 C orange juice
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 C chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and stir until well blended. Add pineapple with juice, orange juice, lemon juice and walnuts.

Pour into ring molv. Let set for at least 4 hours.
