Ingredients
- 1 # green beans, trimmed
- 4 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbs minced shallot
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring an inch of water to boil in large saucepan with
steamer basket
Add beans, cover& cook until crisp, 5-7 mins
Remove from heat
Whisk ingredients in a large bowl. Add beans.
Let stand 10 mins to blend flavors
