Ingredients
- 4 lbs. spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise & seeded
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
In one squash half, combine brown sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, cinnamon, salt and pepper. In other half, combine 2 tbsp. cheese, 3 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper. Place both in 9x13" baking dish and add broth. Cover with foil and bake at 450 degrees until tender, 50 minutes. Scrape into strands (still in shell). Drizzle with honey and Italian seasoning and remaining cheese.
