PORK CHOPS AND APPLES

  • 6 pork chops
  • 3 – 4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Place apple slices in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Top with chops cover and bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
