Ingredients
- 1.5 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders (or breast)
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 T. Veggie Bombay seasoning
- 2 t. oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
