KALAMATA OLIVE TAPENADE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tbls capers
  • 1 tbls chopped garlic
  • 1 tbls chopped shallots
  • 2 tbls chopped dill
  • 2 tbls chopped parsley
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 2 anchovies
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a good processor and combine until just mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
