Ingredients
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 pkg. Polska kielbasa, cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 2 green peppers, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 white onion, cut into 1" wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill.
In bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey salt & pepper until well blended
Thread kielbasa, green peppers & onion on skewers. Brush generously with dressing. Grill on med-hi 5 min., flip & grill another 5 min.
