Chicken Wings

These chicken wings are my favorites. I could eat them until they come out of my ears.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings cut into sections...like
  • wing dings
  • bottle of soy sauce...low sodium
  • juice of two lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

mix up the ingredients for the marinade and let the wings soak in it for about one hour. Then bake at 300 for approximately 2 hours turning them every half hour or so until they brown up and the marinade is evaporated.
