Ingredients
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 36 uncooked small cheese ravioli
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 c water
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 T reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 t grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 1/3 c minced cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and garlic powder in small bowl and set aside.
Cook ravioli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain.
Spray each ravioli with cooking spray and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Spray several times with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Bring water to a boil in small saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; add sugar. Cook 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add vinegar and cook another minute.
Combine cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl. Add to sugar mixture, stirring constantly 1 to 2 min or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in ginger, sesame oil, and cilantro. Serve sauce in bowls for dipping.
